The location is perfect, and the nice restaurants are around. It's located on the island where native people live.Staff is very friendly, and breakfast is served in the garden. Rooms have AC.

JJ (owner of the house) and his family are the best. They are very friendly, wellcoming, nice and kind. Most of the rooms has a good vieiw of Nile. There is air condition in the room also an extra fan with remote control. The hotel is new so every thing works properly. They offer a free Nile tour to guests. Also they prepared a breakfast basket for me before i check out early in the morning. What can i say, it was really one of the best experiences in my life. Thanks for every thing

Whether we were strolling through the Elephantine Island, or chatting with the Nubians, there was a constant feeling of being welcomed and embraced. It isn't cost for 35$ per night

We really enjoyed our stay, the location is perfect, close to the centre, you can get to the island by a ferry what is really magical. The rooms are clean and the view from the roof is amazing to just chill & enjoy. Totally recommend

The staff they were super kind, help me with everything. The room is quite big and clean. The location on the west bank, what for me was more interesting, is a small village, relax place and great view for Nile and the city. Super easy to go to the city by ferry boat, 10 Egyptian pounds, super cheap, working all day

The owner ABU personally drove his own boat to the dock to pick us up, the Nile in the sunset is very beautiful. The hotel is located on a small island next to a mango grove and the rooms are very clean. We sat on the terrace with the moonlight and enjoyed a delicious dinner. Amazing stay! The guest house is located perfectly with nice restaurants and a small supermarket very close by. The rooms were really clean, and the staff were exceptional, especially Mohammad, who welcomed us to the hotel and made sure our time there was pleasant. He also helped us book tours around Aswan. Which made our short time spent there worth while. Would definitely recommend booking the tours if you only have 1 or 2 days to explore. You also get to enjoy the amazing views of the Nile from the Terrace for the sunrise or sunset. Highly recommended to stay at La Terrace. 10/10
