Excellent and varied breakfast, something new added every day. The lady at the reception was very pleasant, helpful, speaking several languages. The location is really great - a few steps to the historic center, to the sea and to the promenade as well. Comfortable beds, spacious room and bathroom, equipped kitchenette, stylish furniture with design elements.

We simply loved the Pension and its surroundings (die Altstadt). We also met the hosts and some of their colleagues on several occasions and they were all really friendly and outgoing. As other reviewers have mentioned, breakfast is available via vouchers in a café just around the corner (Mein Backhus). With so many edible attractions on offer, it's quite easy to exceed the limit of the voucher (€ 9.50 in 2023), but we didn't mind too much because the food and the coffee (we didn't have the filter coffee) were fresh and tasty. Some of the ladies at the café were nicer than some others, but we just decided to get over that. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Parking was good and convenient. We were able to access to our room a few hours earlier which was very helpful. The concierge was very friendly.

Lovely pension nice comfortable rooms. It is a little out of town but there is an excellent restaurant just across the road at the brewery. Great price and really nice place
