The cleanliness of the room was top notch. Usually in some hotels you find those hidden spots where there is some dust which has not been done well. Here everything was spic and span. The room size was great with ample space to move around, two chairs and small table inside and another 2 chairs in the balcony (which however is shared with the neighbouring room with no partition for privacy / security). Bathroom was good size to move around. Room was on first floor and although there were other guests, it was absolutely quiet from that point of view. Breakfast was more than enough , and cannot understand the comments about not being enough. Full continental with different cheeses and hams, variety of bread roll and multitude of jams and honey, boiled eggs, good choice of herbal teas. Staff readily available for any demands during breakfast.

The property had everything I need for my purposes. I had a clean room with a nice shower. The property was easy to found. The host was very friendly and exceeded my expectations for all my requests.

The location consists of a guest house and a restaurant on two sides of the main road through a small village. I ended up at this place because somewhere else my booking had not been honoured and I had to find a place for the night quickly. Gasthof Zöllner saved me, they welcomed me in a very friendly manner and the room was spacious, comfortable and had quite good WiFi so that I could work there the next morning. In the restaurant, I had an excellent dinner and I can definitely recommend th local beer they serve.
