The location cannot be beat; mountains on all sides. The dining room is upscale rustic, very charming. Staff very friendly and helpful, food fresh and interesting. The most comfortable comforter on the bed that I've ever had. Loved that our room for 4 had a door for privacy for adults. Shower also great. We hiked Wallberg (bring spikes in winter), and did some sledding (we borrowed their wooden sleds). The whole weekend was cloudy at the lake but not where we were: above the clouds in the sunshine! Staff brought a nice cake for birthday, a surprise.

A fantastic hotel, perfectly located near the highway, making travel easier. The check-in process went smoothly – the rooms were extremely clean, and the beds were comfortable. Breakfast was delicious and varied, with something for everyone. The hotel restaurant offered tasty dishes at reasonable prices, and the staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful. The parking in front of the hotel was an additional advantage. The area was quiet and peaceful, allowing for a relaxing stay. I stayed at this hotel during my trip to Italy and will definitely return on my next visit. Highly recommended.
