Location. According to reviews I was very sceptical. Everything was super lux. You have to keep in mind that this is not luxury hotel. Room was warm, water was hot, location super and breakfast included.

- We booked a few hours before arriving and the lady's attention was incredible. - I was sleeping in the lobby while waiting for the room and even the lady offered me a blanket. A very nice gesture on her part. - She was always aware that everything was fine with the room. He also recommended places to visit. - She offered us coffee and cookies every day. - She made the effort to communicate with me in Italian. - My family was late and it was time to deliver the room. She kindly let us know the time. We decided to stay an extra day in Munich and we gladly add an extra night in this cozy hotel. - I highly recommend staying here.
