The staff were so friendly and helpful before we arrived and during our stay. The buffet breakfast was exceptional everyday. The rooms were warm and comfortable and clean. Finding the hotel and parking was easy. Would stay there again.

We loved this place! The room is very comfy and clean. The staff is super welcome. On our late arrival they served us free sandwiches and they were excellent. Thank you! The wifi worked perfectly well. It exceeded my expectations in overall.

Excellent location at the bottom of the ski jump with a balcony overlooking. Very large bedroom, nice little restaurant - very traditional Bavarian. Parking right outside the property.

We arrived on the very first day of the hotel’s reopening after renovations. They are still finishing some work, but everything in the room was brand new, fresh, with soft clean bedding and a beautiful view. When we arrived at check-in time, we were asked to wait for two more hours, but later they kindly gave us a discount for the inconvenience. The lady at the reception was very pleasant and helpful — thank you to her, and we wish the team good luck with finishing the renovations!
