We had the "Junior Suite" - room 2. This is on the top floor with 3 windows overlooking the fabulous town square. There must be few hotels in the world with such a nice view over a market square. Everything was clean, comfortable, and worked well in our suite, Friendly and accommodating owners too.

Good location, easy to find. Easy to get into building and check in even without staff around. The staff were nice and helpful. We had a room with a balcony which was a good size and had a nice view. Room very clean and comfortable even with old fashioned furniture. Bathroom was modern and clean. Good buffet spread for breakfast. Lovely little terrace downstairs with plenty of seating. I would stay there again.

Booking was smooth, the location of the pension was good (but unfortunately next to a busy road and a train line). The view from the room was very nice, to the hills and the river. The room was spacious, it was equipped with TV and separate toilet and shower. Breakfast was enough to start the day, the host was also friendly. WiFi operated without interruption.

Nice pension, parked right at the entrance, very good breakfast, aside from a train line right close to it, it’s very quiet. Near Koblenz and the Eltz castle. We stayed in a family room; with two rooms the place was large enough to be comfortable. The beds were good.

In line with some of the other comments here, I'd say come with the right expectations. We were expecting a charming but somewhat old and outdated place, and found it perfectly comfortable and great value for money. The host was gracious and accommodating, the room was spacious with decent beds, and the breakfast was excellent. Would definitely return.
