Location is perfect! - very central, big public parking lot is available in 5 min walking distance. Several restaurants and a good bakery for breakfast are right there on the same square. There was everything we needed in the apartment, and the apartment was quite spacious. Collecting of the key was easy - a code was provided for a lock box.

We stayed here for just one night. Everything was ready, clean, and comfortable, including convenient parking just a few steps from the apartment. I was delighted by the stunning garden full of charming corners, as well as the private terrace belonging to the apartment. I’m only sorry I didn’t have more time to explore the garden in detail.

I can fully recommend this hotel, as the location is simply great (we were just worrying about parking options in the historic centre, but the receptionist kindly gave us variety of advices and so no problem at all) and the apartment was very nice. Absolutely calm and clean, with a beautiful terrace and romantic atmosphere. The refreshment-fruit, liquor and bonbons for good night made our hearts melting. And I can also recommend extra payment for breakfast, delicious meals, wide variety of food, it's fully worth 12€. And also tl highlight a nice approach of the owners. Thank you for a beautiful stay :-)

Gorgeous little place in the middle of the old town. Really massive room. Breakfast was beautiful and served by a glorious happy woman. Safe motorbike parking

Very nice place with a large green territory on the bank of the river. It takes only a couple of minutes to get to the historical center of Bautzen. Room is perfectly fine with all necessary amendments. They have very good restaurant/biergarten with different kinds of local beer and my smoked trout was above and and beyond . The only note, there is no elevator in the building and your room can be on the higher floor, so weight the size of your suitcase against your capabilities to lift it :)

We needed a stop for night sleep, we reserved the room last minute. Communication with the owner was excellent, we could check in late in the night. Very clean brand new room . Highly recommended.
