The staff were absolutely exceptional - they were so accommodating and friendly, answering all our questions with a smile. Our room was immaculate, the balcony was just the perfect hideaway spot, and the breakfast was exceptional! We explored the beautiful town and came back for lunch as we were so pleased with our time staying here. I couldn’t be happier with our experience!

Stunning views from our window, very clean and comfortable, very relaxing Pension atmosphere, a nicely decorated and spacious room with a comfy sofa and we managed to check in early also which was very handy with all our bags.

Hotel Stein Elbogen is situated in a building where owners of the oldest porcelain factory in Bohemia used to live. Guests can relax besides a fireplace, on a sun terrace or in a calm hotel garden.

Great pension with excellent food. Nicola was brilliant, very helpful with local information and spoke good english. For me, one of the best nights sleep I have had in years. Safe car parking at the rear of the property. Breakfast had a huge choice so you won't leave hungry! Would definetely recommend this hotel to anyone travelling in the area. Thank you.

Perfect place. 3 minutes to walk to the supermarket and 10 minutes to drive to Karlovy Vary. The room is spacious and has a fridge. The shared kitchen has everything you need. Comfortable parking place.
