Beautiful property, very well run by Hannelore and her friendly professional staff Superb views from the roof terrace, beautiful room, enjoyable breakfast (particularly the lentil pancakes), good WiFi, laid back vibe and we also enjoyed the dinner very much. The property specialises in vegan food. As a vegetarian I enjoyed it. My only criticism overall would be the room and dinner are a bit overpriced (for backpacking not short holidays) although with only a handful of rooms I understand this. If you don't want to dine on the roof terrace, which is very enjoyable, you can always go elsewhere. Overall, a lovely place to stay which perfectly compliments the absolutely outstanding Paul Valley.

I arrived just after the hotel opened, and everything was perfect. My room faced the ocean — I could even see turtles from there! 🐢❤️ The terrace where we had dinner is beautiful, with an amazing sea view and a peaceful atmosphere. It’s only about 4 km from Ribeira Grande, but it feels like a quiet little paradise. What really made the stay special was the couple who run the place — they made me feel completely at home. Their kindness and hospitality were truly exceptional. ""Morabeza" And the food… wow! The octopus (“polvo”) was absolutely spectacular — honestly the best I’ve had since arriving in Cape Verde and also breakfast was homemade. A perfect spot to relax, enjoy great food, and feel genuinely welcome. Highly recommended! 🤩

Tonys place is wonderful. He is the kindest host ever. Rooms are good, restaurant across the road and the perfect location to start your walks in Paul. Superb place.

Casa BB&Djassi felt like home - with big thanks to the ladies who take amazing care of the house and their guests, Talyna, Djenny and Ana. The rooms are comfortable, the location great and it was just a happy place to be. I’m not the only one who extended my stay while there! Communication was also excellent - with the team accommodating my request for good internet in my room, as well as providing multiple options to work across the house. I’ll definitely be back. The guesthouse is conveniently located on the outskirts of village Eito and is a great starting point for many hikes in Santo Antao. The rooms are comfortable and clean, there is lots of greenery and fresh fruit - the breakfast was great! The owner and the housekeeper are both very nice and friendly. (There are also two little dogs living there who are super cute!)
