One of the best hostels I’ve stayed at. The owner, Gonzalo, really puts his soul into this place and you can see it in tiny details like night sky projectors in every room. I will happily stay here again if I come back to Puerto Viejo.

The accommodation is in a very quiet and pleasant area, but still close to everything. It’s easy to reach, and the ocean is just a short walk away. The room was very clean and well-equipped with everything I needed. The host was extremely kind and helpful throughout my stay. I would definitely stay here again!

We loved Cahuita Inn, it was probably the cleanest and the most comfortable place we had in Costa Rica. The owners were really kind and accommodating, from bringing us food for the kids when we arrived really late to borrowing the thermometer when one of the kids got sick. The rooms were big, spacious and clean. We would definitely return on our next trips.

Lovely place, beautiful guesthouse with very kind and helpful hosts. Perfect location by Playa Negra. Nice garden, hammocks on the shared wrap around upper veranda. Very clean and serene. Nice touches like a shared refrigerator and coffee maker. Excellent value. Would definitely recommend and will absolutely return!

Vladimir was a wonderful host, the position was amazing and the room very comfortable. There were two fans in the room so we had no problem with the hot weather.

The place was great, beautiful, well decorated and very maintained. We had everything we needed and more. The kitchen is equipped with everything you can think of and all like new! It sure is and by far, the best place we've been in Costa Rica. Tom was wonderful, so helpful and always there to assist. We've been there for only two nights and wish we could spend there a lot more. The bakery beneath the hotel is super delicious and great as well. Thank you very very much for the wonderful stay.

The bungalow stay was really nice. The rooms are well equipped and you can sit nicely on the patio. While I stayed there a sloth and two groups of monkeys passed by so you could see them directly on the site. Kayaking (rental for free) on the river and towards the sea was fantastic. Carlos was really helpful and friendly. Small downside, not many restaurants in walking distance so you have to drive at night a bit.
