Really good value for money accommodation near Tayrona, the family are lovely and wow the view from the pool is incredible, totally worth the steps to get to it. The recommended restaurant across the road is also really good 😊

Really chill spot next to a small and clean river to dip in , you can walk further up the road for a nice swimming spot, and its close enough to the main road to explore the surrounding area and beach. Everything is well kept and a good spot to relax.

The view from the room was great! The pool and bar area are very well designed. There is great potential in this hotel. The room on the top floor has amazing views and the terraces are quite pleasant. The rooms are not yet fully furnished, but they are large enough, cozy, temperate, well-finished. The bed was so comfortable that we overslept each day! There was no annoying noise or music from our room.

Really beautiful small Kogui huts inside Tayrona park. Great Spot if you want to explore Tayrona for more than a day-trip. Approx. 50 mins from the main entrance if you Walk all the way and carry larger backpacks (25 min main road + 25 min dirt road and stairs!!) The houses themselves are pretty small but have everything you need for a few nights. The team is really nice, can tell you something about the park and offer dinner with vegetarian options. The huts only have cold water for showers and the main House was one of the few points with cell reception for me, which is really helpful! Approx 50 mins from the hotel to the nearest beach (la piscinita) with the busses and to short walks!

We are happy that we chose to stay here, a quiet location surrounded by vegetation and birds of all kinds. The room met our expectations, clean, with hot water in the bathroom. The air conditioning system worked well. All of this is thanks to Jorge, who did everything possible to make our stay excellent, and we want to thank him for that. We recommend that you eat at the property, and the food cooked there was very good. The location is easy to find, and access to Tayrona Park is fairly close. Around the area, you can find some restaurants and shops for small purchases. You won't regret staying at Casa Kwalama! You get to support a great Colombian host while enjoying the sound of nature around you.
