Lovely hotel with stunning views across the lake. Large and very comfortable room, access to kitchen/sun deck upstairs with toaster, kettle, microwave and fridge. Lots of restaurants nearby and a couple of minimarts. 30 min walk along the lake into central puerto varas, and lots of local buses to centre and further afield. Jeanette was incredibly helpful and kind during my visit, sorting out my day trips and giving me recommendations for things to do. Nothing was too much trouble and it was such a nice and relaxing stay that I stayed 2 extra nights. Highly recommend!!

The owners were extremely nice, everything in excellent condition. We were the only guests during our stay, so we chatted with them frequently. The breakfast also is excellent, you can choose every day what you like and the coffee us excellent as well. I would recommend the porridge:). During winter, the place also has central heating meaning you will stay warm.

This is a nice little gem. Great for travellers. Walking distance to everything. And the host was kind, informed and very laid-back. Definitely recommend.

It was clean, the location is good, the WiFi worked well, basic diy breakfast included and the owner was very shy woman of few words but friendly. And the dogs were fun. I really don’t understand the high rating, it’s a 6/10 for me because of the above mentioned combined with the price but I would never recommend it for more than just a bed and shower.

The couple was really nice, we had a warm welcome and helped us with everything. One of us was a little ill so they let us check in early, wich was very helpful. They even brought us some medication and offert to come to a doctor with us if needed. Thanks again!
