Very new and private facility, would totally come again and recommend to friends. Location is also pretty good, around 15-20 mins drive to Metrotown or Richmond. The bed sheet had small area of yellow stain on it and little hair, it was the only thing. Everything else was pretty much very good! Love it overall.

It was lovely, the place was extremely clean and so comfortable, the beds were fantastic with beautiful 100% linen night thread count, the carpet was luxurious, the place is easy to access, small considerate acts of kindness from bottled water to snacks, tree filled location, shower excellent, the hosts were exceptionally kind and went out of their way for us re our check out time , and in providing options to make things easier for us re our luggage etc and a ride to the airport . Very considerate and kind people. We would recommend this place. They will give you all the space and privacy you want or need, at the same time offer you any info or support. Great value for money.

Fantastic two bedroom guest house on a quiet street in a convenient location. It is about 6 mins from bus stops or 15 mins from the train station. There are plenty of ubereats options around. It has pretty much everything you need from washing machine and dryer to dishwasher. In addition, the host is super helpful and accommodating. We have stayed here twice and about 8 days in total and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. If you are looking for something more like a home instead of a typical hotel, this is a great choice.
