Very new and private facility, would totally come again and recommend to friends. Location is also pretty good, around 15-20 mins drive to Metrotown or Richmond. The bed sheet had small area of yellow stain on it and little hair, it was the only thing. Everything else was pretty much very good! Love it overall.

Fantastic two bedroom guest house on a quiet street in a convenient location. It is about 6 mins from bus stops or 15 mins from the train station. There are plenty of ubereats options around. It has pretty much everything you need from washing machine and dryer to dishwasher. In addition, the host is super helpful and accommodating. We have stayed here twice and about 8 days in total and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. If you are looking for something more like a home instead of a typical hotel, this is a great choice.

A very clean little house to yourself. Full kitchen, 2 bedrooms and bathroom upstairs. It's located in the suburbs and accessible by train and then bus, however would be better to have car or catch taxi. It is a long walk from train station, especially with luggage. Restaurant and Asian Supermarket around the corner from the back gate with everything you would need and Walmart a bit further walk away.

When we booked, we thought we would just get a room in a house with a private bathroom but will be sharing the space with others. But we ended up having the whole floor to ourselves with private access, with 2 separate rooms, a living room, kitchen and private bathroom. It was really a pleasant surprise. The place had a homey atmosphere, smelled good all the time, was so clean, had complimentary coffee and hot chocolate, had a small garden outside, and someone helped us with our luggage. Everything was great. Location is good, in a safe and clean neighborhood and several bus stops less than 5 mins. walk from there.

Lovely owner. Good space with storage in room and provisions, comfy bed and pillows. Lobby area to sit. Very clean and big kitchen, liked the bathrooms (one was very luxurious!) no need to queue. Oakridge is a pleasant suburb area - parks to north and east. 03 bus gets you to the city or just fancy restaurants quickly and the city line to the west is a 5-10min walk. I found some gluten free outlets and bars in walking distance, neat.

There is a washing machine and a dryer on the first floor, while the washroom is on the second floor. Although I had to share the washroom with other guests, it was never an issue during my stay.
