-Friendly, helpful and responsive hosting by Saul, who also added a lot of unique art and decorations to the apartment -Really excellent wifi -Great location downtown, near food options, bars, and several large supermarkets -In spite of what some reviews say, it's not _that_ dark - There are plenty of ceiling lights, and some natural light does get inside. -Cozy little TV room with two comfy chairs and a decent TV with a Chromecast -For what I paid, it was by far the best deal I found in Uberlandia - So any negative points need to be considered in light of that
