Really nice chalet! With a private garden, really close to Brasilia beach and comfortable beds. The hotel staff helped us a lot during our stay with bookings for boats to other beaches and so on, we couldn’t be more happy with our hosts. The restaurant also has super nice burgers that we got to try 2 during our stay!

This place have my heart always! I used to work at Pousadinha in 2008 and 2009 and had the best memories of my life when I used to live in Brazil! I love the owners, the member of staff, the energy of this incredible place and peace I feel when I am there! Coming back for 2 nights in Ilha do Mel was magical and I had the best time, the room was clean and perfect located and they have a beautiful breakfast area, I would only recommend have more vegan options. It was such a great experience as always and I recommend to everyone, a week later my mum, grandmother and sister went there too, as I could not stop saying how great it was my two nights at Pousadinha! It is like a second home to me and I always miss it, always have the best time and I cannot wait to being back! Sending lots of love to all Pousadinha team 💚💚💚

Close to the beach and the pier, the room is very well located and next to a burger restaurant owned by the room's owners. We enjoyed life in Ilha do Mel and from Madruga went to a lot of places walking. Another beach and some caves are 15-20 minutes walking distance. We had a problem with toilets but the owners reacted rapidly and solved the issue.

Friendly, proactive, knowledgable staff. Delicious food. Located in a very quiet part of the island, full of native vegetation, and beautiful hike paths. Definitely recommend!
