The house is perfect for a few nights stay, at the very heart of the city of Sandanski, 1 minute from the pedestrian area at the city center. It was clean, the staff is very friendly and professional. They called to confirm the reservation and clear the details before our trip, then gave us directions to find the location and met us on the street to help with parking and accommodation. All rooms have terrasse which is great. Issuing a company invoice is also not a problem.

It was our third one-night stay at Elitsa. Extremely convenient as a stopover on our way to/back from Greece. We were amazed at the quiet whereabouts, the cleanliness and good quality of furniture, fixtures and implements.

Excellent place to stay. Rooms are really cozy and the beds are comfortable. There is no reception but you can get all you need from the restaurant downstairs. The food there was really tasty and prices were affordable.

Great place all round. Very nice feeling and generous and helpful hosts. Great breakfast including great coffee and fresh orange juice. Could not be a better place for visiting Baba Vanga's area and volcanic springs surrounded by mountains. Definitely will return for longer stay. Large rooms and off street parking. Provence Restaurant is very good nearby, also open air eating area in the town.

The guesthouse is located in a very quiet rural area, only 2 km away from the town of Petrich. Petrich surprised me very pleasantly through the central area with a lot of bars and parks.
