Sebastien and his team were very helpful in every regard. Our room was spacious, clean & comfy with a lovely sitting room adjacent with coffee/tea making facilities. An excellent breakfast set us up for the day. Location halfway between Brussels Midi station and the Grand Place was great with plenty of restaurants close by.

Clean, shared washroom but very clean with hot water anytime, quiet during the night, good choice for early flight. and also convenient traffic to the city center. also u can use the key box to check in and out by yourself. everything is good. although location is quite far away from city center. but considering the sweet price in Brussels(also it's not safe for solo trip travelers hanging around at night, so take the bus from city center is a good choice and very convenient)
