The place is well-located, walking distance (with a suitcase) from De Brouckère Metro Station, in a quiet street, in a quiet house. It's actually organised as an hotel so in fact you see the owner only the day of the check-in. The place is perfectly clean and the facilities are cleaned at least once a day so it's alway immaculate. Keep in mind bathroom is Shared but there has been no issue at all except waiting 40 minutes on Sunday morning.

Good location-5min walk to Horta premetro station.We get earlier than check-in time, into our accomodation, at the arrival time.Excellent!Owner was very kind.Room had enough space and the beds were comfy,Clean.The window from above was very useful.Fridge was vital for us, during those hot summer days.Good value for money.The area was ok.
