Location was excellent. In the heart of the city and near the Salamanca precinct. The hotel's ambience was beyond wonderful; I was welcomed and treated as a guest in their home. Breakfast was exactly what I would choose and good value.

A lovely 2 day stop to relax and enjoy Hobart & the Salamanca markets. Close to the City and in a lovely heritage area. Couldn't have chosen a better stop. Well appointed cottage with all the neceassary facilities and in a very quiet area. Comfortable bed with a choice of either high or low profile pillows (it eas nice to have low profile pillows available).

The Tasmanian Inn is located in Hobart, 800 m from Theatre Royal and less than 1km from the waterfront. Walk to Salamanca Market on Saturday in 20 minutes.

Great place about a 15 minute walk from the city center. The building has character and is well maintained. Rooms and bathrooms were clean and functional. As an added bonus, there is even a little continental breakfast included. Had dinner there one night of my stay, which was delicious. And last but not least, the owners were very friendly and accommodating - I enjoyed my stay very much!

It was clean and very worth it for the price. Nicely designed too. The room was huge and it didn't feel like we were traveling. Felt right at home. The sea views were exceptionally breathtaking. We only stayed for 1 night but wished we could have stayed longer. We will be back for sure to spend more time in this exquisite property.

Beautiful guesthouse. The appliances and amenities are new and top-notch, making everything so convenient and enjoyable. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and we appreciated the generous supply of coffee, tea and snacks. Breathtaking view of the Tasman Bridge. Located in a wonderful neighborhood, wonderful area for walks and jogs. Host was gracious and very responsive.
