Jolanta and Friederich are lovely hosts, eager to help and provide advice. The unit is great: spotless, beautiful, comfortable and worth every penny. The house is located at a beautiful vantage point, overlooking the entrance to Ötztal and very close to the valley's main attractions (the town of Ötz, Umhausen, Stuibenfall, Niederthai, and Piburgersee) - a perfect location. In hindsight, our stay was too short. This is a great place to stay while visiting this part of Austria. Warmly and highly recommended.

This was the best place we stayed. Nice, helpful and cute hotel staff, super clean room, great breakfasts, convenient parking, quiet area, did I mention the breakfasts? they were really great. When I go to this area again, I will definitely stay at this place. <3

Our weekend stay was very pleasant thanks to the very hospitable owners. The rooms are very cozy in mountain style, the breakfast had a nice offer. We definitely recommend it as a starting point for hiking and cycling trips around the area. The owners take great care of the running of the guesthouse, we felt at home. They are happy to chat with you at breakfast and help you choose excursions around the area and fulfill any other requests you may have.

The location and the view. It is perfectly splendid! The look from the balcony is located exactly to the mountains. I just loved it. And the stuff are really nice and helpfull. They are capable to make for you a guest card. You can go to the tennis club and rent a court for free and much more with guest card.
