It was such a lovely time with Armine and her mom. The apartment was always clean and I felt at home every second. I was often able to talk to Armine in her best English. We spent 5 nights in the guesthouse. We got the big room in the ground floor. It was very cozy and comfortable and we had a peaceful private sphere. The location is not really in the center but well connected by metro and bus. There are many shops around, the quartier is a quiet residential neighborhood which we really liked.

Great place. Comfortable room, everything new, hot water, slippers, shampoo, and shower gel. The room has a shower. There's a shared kitchen and washing machine. The owner is a nice person, he met us and showed us around. I recommend it to all travelers. It's very quiet.

Excellent position, about 15 minutes on foot from republic square, restaurants very near, cascade 20 minutes away on foot. Armenia is a very helpful, kind and smiling owner. The room is like a homestay, that means the bathroom is opposite room and a shared kitchen is outside too. But room is spacious, very clean, it has anything you may need photosas in booking. . Value for money.
