We had a wonderful stay at this guesthouse! The rooms were clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed, with everything we needed. The garden was a peaceful and beautifully maintained space that added to the relaxing atmosphere. What truly made our experience unforgettable was the warm hospitality of Edgar and his father. From the moment we arrived, it was clear that Edgar genuinely cared about making sure we had the best stay possible, and he absolutely succeeded! A special thank you to his father, who went out of his way to help us find a medieval bridge we had been looking for earlier in the day. He even offered to show us around Yeghegis the following day, despite having work commitments. This is not just a place to stay, it’s a place where you feel genuinely welcomed and cared for. Highly recommended!

The impression we got staying at Eleven was that we weren’t simply customers - we were honoured guests, and the hosts weren’t simply polite they were actually caring. The room we stayed in was spacious, clean, well furbished (they even thought to equip it with a large shoe horn, which you almost never see). Oh, and nothing beats eating breakfast in the yard.

I traveled alone but the size of the room was enough for two people. Brand new room, bathroom and extra large kitchen if you want to cook your self. But there is no need since the owner Arpine is a great cook. You have fresh produce for breakfast and you can ask for lunch or dinner to be cooked for you. You can pickup your own herbs and fruit from their extra large garden.

Quiet large room. Very friendly host Samvel met us. He cooked a great breakfast every morning. Upon arrival, the host treated us to a welcome drink and fruit. Samvel gave us many useful tips for continuing our journey. We stayed here for two days. Highly recommended!

The house is beautiful and spotlessly clean and Siran and her family were very welcoming, friendly and helpful. We arrived earlier than predicted, and in the rain, and Siran let us check in early. Breakfast was delicious and full of home-made foods (the tea and the jam were delicious!), and Siran accommodated our dietary requirements. Siran's son helped arrange a car for us to travel to Yerevan, for which we were very grateful. Homely atmosphere in a beautiful setting, would absolutely recommend!

Lovely accomodation owned by family producing their own wine. Had a nice stay including wine tasting. Be sure to buy dried peaches when visiting! Would definitely recommend.
