Very nice place with very welcoming hosts, a cozy bed and a fully equipped kitchen. There are nice spots to eat, relax and also to meet other guests. Our favorite was enjoying the morning sun at the terrace and to play table tennis in the cellar. The city center is nearby, it’s easy to discover the city by feet from there. See you next time!

This house is full of love. When you enter it, you will realize that the owner of this house is someone who appreciates everything. The residence is very quiet and peaceful and sometimes you may hear the soothing sound of the owner playing the piano. I recommend everyone to stay in this residence even for one night. Everything is very clean both inside and outside the room. There is a bathroom in each room and the facilities inside will surprise you. They even have skin scrubs and shampoos for all types of hair. There is a small kitchen in the room with tea and coffee, sugar and fresh fruits. There is a tea and coffee maker in the room. There is a hairdryer and towels and extra toothbrushes and toothpaste, conditioner, makeup remover, toothpicks, ear buds, micellar water in the room. The owners are very hospitable and warm-hearted and their behavior is very respectful. If they read this message, I would like to thank them again for the good experience they made for us.

We stayed at G&S Guest house for 1 night. The place is located in a quite neighbourhood which is just a 5 minute walk to the city centre and square. Lots of authentic dining places withIn walking distance. The Hostess is a gracious armenian lady and always smiling and ready to help. Her daughter speaks English and helped us make the most of our stay by telling us all about the places of interest and even helping us get a cab to Dilijan at the best price. I must mention that the garden area is blooming with beautiful roses.

The guesthouse offers cozy rooms that are really clean. You can hang out in the shared lounge and even play table tennis. Varuzhan, the host is really nice and he makes sure everything is tidy and comfy for you. I would highly recommend this guest house to anyone seeking a comfortable and affordable stay with a touch of homely warmth.
