The location is excellent, a 5-10 min walk to Garni Temple. It's huge, you have a whole apartment here, family sized kitchen with a fridge and cooker, room to sleep up to 5 people. Your own outdoor and indoor dinning area. Even as a solo traveller I appreciated the extra space. It's also feels really authentic for a lack of a better term. Old school decor, wooden floors, decorated columns. I appreciated that about it. The people who run it are also super friendly and communicate well with English. They were very concerned to make sure I wasn't cold so I ended up having such a comfy night's sleep with a tone of blankets and pillows. I can't stress enough how much cheaper this is (especially for what you get) than anywhere else I have been in Armenia. I paid 5600 per night and the only place I have found that is cheaper was a hostel (ie in a bunk in a shared room) that was 4400 a night. This is barely more expensive for a whole apartment. The best deal I got in the whole of Armenia, absolutely would recommend.

A very nice place to keep yourself from Armenia's ruthless sun. There is a swimming pool and a barbeque area. I saw many toys for kids like a trampoline. Nearby, you can go hiking to a lot of beautiful places. Also the owners are very friendly and hospitable people. They keep the place clean and functional.

Amazing hotel with great room that has everything you need. The hotel is located on a perfect location as well. Especially at night you have an amazing view from the hill over Yerevan, including nearby Victory Park. The personnel is very kind and helpful and made us feel welcome right away. They were very kind arranging for a taxi and welcoming us as we arrived in Yerevan in the middle of the night. I am very happy that we choose this hotel during our stay in Yerevan and I will certainly book this hotel again next time!

The guesthouse is so cosy, charming and clean. I had a gorgeous balcony with a delightful view, so I was able to catch picturesque sunsets. The location is close to metro stations. Armina and her mother are so welcoming and kind-hearted, and not invasive or intrusive. Armina was really so helpful, especially when my flight arrived early in Yerevan. Really recommend this place for those wanting a peaceful, charming and serene experience in Yerevan.

Location, 5 min walk to Sasuntsi David train and metro station. It's a very quiet area, the room was big and the bathroom, even though was shared, was very clean. I paid for breakfast and they even offered me cake to take away. The host and her mother were very nice. I arrived at 4 am and she woke up to let me in
