The staff are very friendly. It is located at the end of Amoji village, quiet. Very beatiful garden. It was very clean. There was a small kitchen in common area. We ordered breakfast (2000 drum per person) which was very delicious and served on the bench in garden. You can see a rural living there. You can park you car in the yard. Very good place in Alaverdi, for a short stay. Big apartment (4 rooms), a nice terrace and a fantastic toilet. The hosts were very nice and willing to help, and made sure we had a parking spot.

Only 5 mins walking distance from Sanahin Monastery, good position on the hill with nice view from windows of kitchen and dining room, very clean and comfortable house with 2 big rooms, 2 toilets, kitchen and balcony of rich space. Owner is a beautiful Armenian girl with lovely smile who can also speaks Russian, French and English. French is very fluency. Willing to comunicate and help with taxi booking. Meals not included in room fee but price is reasonable. She cooks with home grown ingredient, clean, delicious and healthy. Unique and unforgettable experience in life.

What made this stay so great was the amazing host, we booked late notice but he was outside prepared for our arrival. We were given lots of tea and then a passionate tour of the tour, with a sunset viewpoint and an evening view of Sanahin monastery. Ok our return despite it being late we were served a lovely dinner with homemade wine. There might be fancier hotels in the area but you won't get a better experience, or such a historic property.

This is fantastic place to stay. First host is easy to contact and very helpful. The house is beautifully furnished and had everything we needed (well-equipped kitchen, clean bathrooms, nice dining room). In addition, it is surrounded by a garden. It is a bit off the road, but the town itself is not large, so the advantage is the peace and quiet, and the distances are not a problem. And then there's the area. Debed Canyon is not often visited by foreign tourists, which is a shame. The views are spectacular. We highly recommend it.

We were warmly welcomed by the friendly owner and his family. Room was clean, beds comfortable, countryside location was great. We slept very well and wish we could have stayed 1 more night.

Most tourists come to Haghpat for just the monastery. Then they will miss this pearl. We had an excellent stay at Mary's guesthouse. She was very welcoming and made us feel at home. She made a very delicious and authentic dinner. The village and it's surroundings are beautiful to wander around by sunset.
