The facilities are excellent - modern kitchen with oven, microwave and induction hob, Nespresso coffee machine (with free pods) and a barbecue outside (with free charcoal). Large fridge/freezer. The garden is wide and spacious with a big dining table in the middle, there is even a fire pit for the evening. The front gate of the property is a few steps from the beach, and you can choose your lounger for your stay (price included as well!). It is far enough away from the centre to be peaceful, but still only 15 minutes walk from the local stores. There are bikes supplied as well if you fancy that. The large TV has video on demand and Netflix. WiFi is fast, strong and reliable. There is an alarm system as well so you know the place is secure when you go out. If there are any problems, I mean any, then Sajmir the owner is just a phone call away and he won’t rest until the issue is resolved. There is even an 8-hour battery backup system for the alarm, TV and internet in case of any power outage.

This has been the most welcoming and friendly guesthouse I have stayed at during my travels. Exceptional in every way. The service and breakfast fantastic. I stayed for 4 nights and felt very comfortable there. Fatlum was super friendly and took me down to the river for swims and was nice to hang out with him at the house. Couldn’t recommend enough for anyone wanting a few days of rest and chill times away from the cities.
