As the name suggests, a family guesthouse with very nice and helpful staf and a pleasant family atmosphere. Very good breakfast with fresh products. Location in the center of the village. There is a possibility to eat dinner in the evening. It was the best place during my journey in Albania.

The owners are gem of the people. The property is also in a beautiful location , nearby to the waterfall if you like to hike. Food they serve is absolutely delicious, as a vegetarian. Would recommend anyone who are visiting Theth.

We had a fabulous stay in this place, which seems fairly new. Easy parking in a huge parking space in front of the house before you need to take off-road roads. Beautifully equipped bedroom with huge and comfy bed, fridge, TV, great Wifi and closet space in the room.The balcony had a lovely view. We believe all places in Teth feature this as you cannot pick wrong in this beautiful valley. The breakfast was plenty and delicious and we were given a tasty cake upon arrival. Highly recommend this place.

We got the chance to spend 2 nights in this charming traditional Albanian house located at the dead end road where all the lovely trials/treks are starting. Do no hesitate to book a room here for a delight experience. The house is in front of the beautiful Shala river and surrounded by mountains. Even on very hot days, our 2 large bedrooms stay cool without air-condition. The breakfast is really great with fresh crepes or local pancakes but if you have the chance to stay for dinner, you will get the opportunity to taste a fantastic traditional menu with 5 or 6 different specialities. Astrit Villi's is THE BEST guesthouse, and believe me you want to stay there. Honestly, everything about our stay there made us want to stay longer. The family that runs it is so kind and truly commited to there guest! The house is super clean, the rooms were comfy, and bonus we had the best view from our window! Their son Nikolas is a gem and him and his mom made sure we had everything we need at all time! Dinner and breakfast were absolutely amazing, and the view makes it even more incredible. All the food was fresh and homemade cook, which made it even better! Honestly, 10/10 is not enough to describe our stay, this place is a true gem in Theth!

Great view from the balcony, great location for hiking (also market and river is near), very kind hosts, very good breakfast and also dinner if you want it (order is needed in advance so they serve it at desired time). Everything can be nicely served outside.

Nice view and good hosts. Warm blankets and good food. The road to the house is not so bad. There is sign missing from the main road. You have to look for Thethi Hotel. After that there are handwritten signs to the house.

Where should I begin: very friendly staff/family who made everything possible. Their food is amazing. Their breakfast was diverse and full of healthy options. we recommend eating your dinner at the guesthouse as well, we had the most delicious food served by them. Order Fergese and also the backed potato’s, they are a must! and I shouldn’t forget the stunning view from your breakfast/dinner table (picture attached). the room was well equipped with a comfortable bed. we would go there anytime again
