The guesthouse is highly recommended. It is in a quiet location between the towns of Permet and Tepelena, perfect if you don't like the clutter of Albanian towns. For us it was the perfect stopover from our Albania road trip. The host family is very nice, hospitality is very important. Check-in is flexible as the family live there themselves. There are more than enough parking spaces right outside the door. The whole house is very clean and well maintained. Breakfast very lovingly prepared, almost from their own produce. Even the bread is freshly baked and served. The hosts speak perfect English and are really lovely people. Thank you very much for your hospitality

Scenic and cultural highlight of our 10 days Albania visit. A true insight onto rural side of the very south of Albania, and its vibrant past. Traditional “as is” village of Leus and yet an incredible accommodation amidst all this. What the host Guillermo is doing here is a true pioneer effort. One of the most beautiful small orthodox churches is located in the village. If you consider your Albania trip to be a cultural experience stopping at this place for a single night at least is must. I will come back soon to explore the mountains in the area again.

Beautiful guesthouse in central Permet, with an incredible home cooked breakfast- but the best feature is the hospitality. Genti, Rei & Polina completely blew us away, from homemade raki and snacks on arrival, to fresh fruit and wine on arriving back after a days hiking to the plentiful, home cooked breakfast (served from their gorgeous sunny terrace), catered perfectly for my boyfriends allergies (milk, nuts, eggs and shrimp - so not easy to cater to!). There is plenty to do nearby, from wandering around beautiful Permet, to hiking through the nearby villages, to visiting the amazing hot springs and canyon. We can’t recommend this place highly enough - a true home away from home! Don’t miss out!

Very friendly people, real Albanian farmers, they showed us around, cooked a traditional Albanian breakfast with home-made jam etc, it was cool and cozy. The aircon was efficient. The bathroom was small, but clean. It was also very quiet, so your sleep will be just great. The last part of the road to the farm, some 300 metres, is unpaved, but we managed to get there no problem with a compact car, so this is no issue. It may be a bit tricky to locate the farm on Google maps, bit of you compare the map at Booking.com with Google maps, you can manage it. Really great experience, recommended.
