Service of everyone at the lobby, specially from Juju very good, very friendly and helpful. The location of the hotel is good, nearby Disney, and a lot of places to eat nearby. In the night you can spend your time at the Old Town.

I am confused why do they only have 4 stars, majorly better than many 5 star hotels in the US. spacious clean rooms, bathrooms and even Japanese automatic toilets. Meals at the restaurant are just wow! A bowl of high quality fruit and berries for just 8$. Again food can be easily comparable to a 5star hotel.
