He provided us with a tour of the property upon arrival and then provided itineraries for each day based on what we wanted to see on the island via our rental car. He was available 24/7 via WhatsApp for any questions including providing a self walking tour of the Christmas lights. The rooftop bar/pool area was very nice with views of the city. Having access to free laundry on the fifth floor was very convenient. The fresh pastries on the doorknob in the morning ❤️

So kind and fun and knowledgeable of the area.The building is modern and super clean with ocean views. Spacious bathroom. Easy walk to town and beach. A fantastic breakfast worthy of a 5 star rating. A Must Stay and we will definitely be returning. I will miss them

Susana, the host, was absolutely exceptional, friendly and responsive. Parking isn’t possible on the premises itself, but further up the street (about a 3-minute walk away from the property). Funchal and restaurants were perfectly accessible by foot, but keep in mind that you will have to pass by some hills. Although the property is located close to a somewhat busier road, the large distance between the gate of the property and the house itself ensures complete peace at night as well as during the day in the garden.
