Apartment is easily accessible using the working elevator or stairs. Apartment roomy and comfortable. Large bathroom an added plus. Breakfast was outstanding, which included local pastries. We had one night stay, so we did not have time to explore this historic city. The owner, Cinzia"s met us at the arrival time and provided us with great knowledge of the area. Hopefully we will travel back to this area soon & stay for much longer as this apartment is a gem.

Nicolo was very helpful with the Check-in. He also had a lot of useful tips where to eat, what to see. The apartment has a lot of charme and has everything one need. The location near the park was perfect for us.

It has completely our recommendation. Location is great, near city center, with several public transit options and at the opposite of building is large free parking of incredably equipt supermarket, open both from 7-22.30. Additionaly, Mr Zadrima has given us all necessary details and waited for us to arrive in from of building, that is quite rarity nowdays. Kitchen is fully equiped, with large fridge, bathroom big and with carefull marks - hot / cold water... welcoming drink is really nice detail

Very nice and clean apartment. We loved how big it was and that there was a small kitchen as well. Really close to the beach (like 3-5 minutes). The parking is free right next to the apartment and the check in process is easy so i would definitely recommend.
