The most beautiful property, outside of the city center. It takes a little effort to get to, but oh is it worth it. Gorgeous, clean facilities. The pool is AMAZING! Such an incredible escape after being a tourist in the busy, loud city during the day. We actually cut our sightseeing short one day because we just could not wait to get back to the peace and quiet and the pool. Hosts are wonderful and go out of their way to make sure you feel taken care of and have everything you could need and more. Rooms are well appointed and comfortable. Just cannot say enough about such a positive experience. Definitely hope to return.

We asked if he provides drying rack and the next day he bought it for us! He is very responsive. The property is 7 minutes from metro A line and has a bus just right in front to get to the colosseum.

It’s literally 3-4 minutes away. Also, the neighborhood felt safe and quiet. Will definitely choose Appia rooms once I’m in Rome again.

The house is large and comfortable and we had everything we needed there. The host is VERY friendly, he accommodated our check-in/out times and even left us some wine bottles. The neighborhood is safe and there's free parking nearby. I'd definitely stay there again on my next visit to Rome.

Overall, everything was perfect: the place, the atmosphere, and above all the hospitality. We would absolutely recommend it to anyone looking for an authentic and memorable stay in Italy.

Boasting a garden and views of garden, IL GIARDINETTO di Dilyana is a recently renovated guest house situated in Monterosi, 7 km from Vallelunga. With inner courtyard views, this accommodation features a patio. The guest house has family rooms. Very clean and bright space, right in the centre of town. Dilyana is a gracious host, my hunch a bit OCD since everything was so clean and precise. Breakfast was perfect.
