The house has been in the family for 3 generations! The breakfast was very tasty and the highlight was being served a variety of jams made from their own garden. The beds were super comfortable, the room was quiet and spotlessly clean. The location was perfect for us on our way home to the UK, not far from the motorway but in a quiet setting. The town is a short drive away and there are a couple of restaurants by the river.

What really made the stay special was the hostess, Isabelle — warm, welcoming, and attentive, she made us feel completely at home. For dining, the nearby La Bicyclette Bleue restaurant is a great spot to savor local specialties. In short: a truly unique and relaxing escape, where history, comfort, and Isabelle’s hospitality come together beautifully.

Shaded by tall, mature walnut trees, it offered the perfect space to unwind with a book or simply enjoy the sounds of nature. Whether you’re sipping coffee in the morning or watching the sunset in the evening, the garden is a peaceful haven for relaxation and quiet moments. We highly recommend this place to anyone seeking calm, comfort, and heartfelt hospitality in a beautiful rural setting.

Very comfortable bed, elegant bathroom, many desk games, fully equipped kitchen. Communication with the owner was also nice, very quick and informative responses. One of the best stays for me.

It is an invitation into a luxury spa home with the absolute best chef and delicious and deep wine cellar. We came for three days and stayed an extra night. It was not enough. I want to go back. It is the most comfortable and comforting hotel I have ever experienced. The host gave us excellent recommendations for hiking and mountain biking, restaurants and shopping. The town of Megeve is sweet and fun to explore, hiking, biking, skiing...all of it. But the hotel is sublime.
