Our unit was on the 7th floor and had a great view of the ocean and mountains and overlooked a nice park. It was very spacious and clean. Bed was large and comfortable. Tram was 2 blocks away and was perfect for getting into Alicante or up the coast to Benidorm. Grocery stores within walking distance and beachfront with lots of restaurants close by. Having a free washer and dryer onsite was another bonus.

All units are air-conditioned and include a flat-screen TV, free safe, fridge and a kitchenette with a microwave. There is a private bathroom with a shower in every apartment or studio. Our stay was literally perfect. We had everything we needed, the apartment is clean, close to everything, we had Mercadona nearby, Poniente and Levante side and of course the Old town. Host was very nice and helpful, I have nothing to complain about. And was surprised with the really quiet area in the middle of the old town.
