This was a very comfortable and convenient weekend stay, and the staff went out of their way to be helpful and to meet my transport needs. important tip for guests travelling by train. exit at the Hostinne Mesto stop, not the main station.

We stayed at the resort for the long weekend and it was amazing. Beautiful location, delicious breakfast and extremely nice and welcoming staff. The lady at the reception made our trip truly memorable. She was so kind, always smiling, beyond helpful and always at our disposal. I’m sure we will return one day.

Very good value for this money - really close to the city centre. Breakfast was good, full and tasty. Room was mostly clean and bed was very comfy. Clean sheets and towels, hot water in the shower, kettle and cups, event the TV - everything you need for a short stay. Amazing view.

We came to Harrachov as the last stop on a week-long hike and found the town and Pension Vinkl to be an adorable place. It had that extra touch provided by hostess Helena that makes you feel welcome, and welcome back. The room had a very nice balcony facing the valley and the mountains on the other side and the pillows in the bed were amazing.

Very nice and clean hotel with fantastic service beginning from the very helpfull sir in the reception, restaurant waiters, to the service man who repaired my broken boot (big thank you - it worked even on the Śnieżka peak) :-)! The historical place with the greate and calm atmosphere in the middle of mountains.It was really pleasure spend time here.Thank you for all, we will come back again for sure.

The location of the Pension and the view from there were indeed great, and the facilities provided were exactly as described. The room was clean and prepared as expected. The communal area included a children’s play area with plenty of toys, which was a nice touch.
