Edith at reception was incredibly thoughtful, taking time to calm my nerves and ensuring I had everything I needed for the big day. It was the kind of personal touch that’s rare to find and so appreciated. The hotel’s onsite restaurant and Bistro were constantly buzzing with patrons, a clear indication of their popularity. Although we didn’t get a chance to dine in this time, we’ll definitely be trying them on our next visit. With service and atmosphere this exceptional, we wouldn’t think of staying anywhere else in Lucerne!

It had comfortable beds and all the necessary amenities. We could cook a meal there as various kitchen utensils were provided. I liked the cups and plates, red with white dots, very cheerful. The Italian coffee maker was a blessing, too. The bathroom was clean and nicely designed. It was equipped with a washing machine which we didn't use, because we only stayed for two nights. The check-in/out was unproblematic. The owners are very friendly and easy to contact. We also appreciated the free parking space outside.

There is a kitchenette in all of the units, equipped with an oven and a stove. In fact, I liked everything in this apartment. Starting with the people, who were very friendly and efficient. I was given a paper that allowed me to have several discounts in activities and I was also given a ticket to the museum of transport for free. The location is excellent: near the center and quiet at the same time. The place was clean and had everything I needed during my stay, including the kitchenware to cook some meals (simple meals, in my case).
