Fairmont Le Montreux Palace, 'The Pearl of the Swiss Riviera', is located on the shores of Lake Geneva with magnificent views of the lake and the Alps. Built in 1906, the Fairmont hotel offers a traditional and elegant atmosphere combined with the latest technology. The location is great, and they have several restaurants and bars to choose from. The staff is wonderful and the concierge services are impeccable! The breakfast is pretty good with a nice Buffett and egg station with a chef to cook your eggs. The shops on the first and second floors are nice and have some interesting options! Amazing views from the lakeside rooms! The wine tasting areas 20 minutes away by car are excellent!

This location was easily walkable to downtown area with lots of shopping and food. The pool is beautiful and there are a lot of sitting areas on the property to sit and relax. We would highly recommend this stay!
