Didn’t exoect much but the room was quiet big. It was like a suite with 1 room and a big living room with sofabed and a double bed + dining table. Good space for 4-6 people. Big entrance. I like the towels with different colors so it’s easy to determine.

The lobby was amazing - really liked the decor! and the coffee machine. The staff was friendly. We even got a birthday gift. The breakfast exceeded our expectations and was great. The location is not the fanciest, but it's right next to the train station and to a bus stop which is super comfortable. There are also restaurants and shops around.

She was also kind enough to store our luggage after check out (our flight was later in the evening). She even carried our heavy luggage down the stairs and left it out for us to collect it near the main entrance to the apartment, which was very sweet of her. The apartment is very comfortable. There were sufficient vessels and dishes for basic cooking. There is a coffee machine with amazing coffee (The coffee pods were provided). There is also a toaster and microwave oven with grilling facility. The bed is very comfortable. The view from the apartment is gorgeous! The Interlaken guest card is provided after checking in and is valid for your length of stay. The usage of public transport within the Interlaken area is free of cost with this card. The nearest bus station is just 2 mins away and is named "fussweg spital". The Interlaken West train station is 10 minutes walk from the apartment or 2 stops away by bus. The apartment is very near to the hospital (Spital Interlaken). There is a side gate entrance which is closer to the apartment than the main entrance especially when you have heavy luggage.
