Easy check in albeit not in person. Online checkin prior to arrival is required. There is no lobby but customer service replies reasonably quick through WhatsApp. There is a community room where you can work or prepare something small. Well outfitted with dishes, glasses and cutlery. If you arrive late, there is a vending machine that stocks the basics as well. If I would return to Mondsee I would stay here again. Recommended.

It's only a short walk to restaurants, shops and the lake in strobl and there are great transport links for exploring further afield.
