The registration at the reception was very quick and friendly. The receptionist Philipp gave me full information about hotel and Velden area, that was very helpful. Also he upgrades the room. The room was vey clean and modern, in light colors as I like. I like the bathroom and shower with all nesessary detailes. Also I like slippers that had there own fabric, not like in other hotels. Room had a big balcony to very quet yard, that was surprising in the middle of the town. At breakfast was all that you need, incuding salmon and variety of fruits. I can not think of anything we didn't like at Ramada. The hotel is amazing, the view from the room is fabulous, the breakfast is very rich and there is a lot of variety in it. The receptionists and the staff at the hotel are also very friendly and they smile, help and give you a nice, welcoming feeling. Thanks to Carmen from the reception, we had a great and relaxing stay. We were lucky to get an amazing room with a perfect view.
