During the stay, I can chat very nice and open staff. The room is clean, fully equipped with minimal needs, which are all we need for a short stay. The room locates on the top floor, so it was pretty hot during the sunny day. However, the property provides not 2, but 3 functional fans (even different type) to prepare so such scenarios. Really appreciate it! The area is really quiet and we can hear the birds singing every morning.

Restaurant not open every day but the meal we had on Wednesday night was first class. Menu again had lots of choice and it was amazing food. Compliments to the chef. Private bathing area by the lake, beach towel and bag supplied. E-bikes to hire for day. A great hotel with lots of personal touches to make for a fantastic stay. Highly recommend

When I checked in, the wonderful receptionist, Astid, informed me, that I will get an upgrade, a gorgeous, huge Junior Suit with amazing view! Breakfast and dinner was great, with vegetarian options as well. The cleanliness of the hotel was exceptional, with very kind and polite staff.

The staff were really charming and pleasant, and warmly welcomed us. We encountered a little problem in the room and the staff gave us every available solution and handled it perfectly, with no hesitation. I never got such good service in a hotel and I couldn't be happier for my choice. The surrounding neighborhood is quiet and relaxing, just 5 min walk from the beach of the lake. The private beach was a bit hard to find. It's a bit southern to the hotel. It was so quiet and relaxing to chill there. Our stay at Aichinger hotel was incredible and we really recommend staying there!
