Close to the airport, the swimming pools with different atmospheres each, amazing golf course and golf facilities on the resort, plenty of restaurants options on the resort. Staff were very polite and friendly.

Staff was kind. Location is nice. There are 3 resorts in the same complex and one can move around these, also with the hotel buggy. Golf course and other sport facility are nice. The supervisor offered a complementary dinner to compensate some issues.
I have stayed at the golf club many times. The staff are always friendly and helpful. Rooms are not luxurious but more than adequate and the location is perfect for my needs. Some rooms overlook the golf course which is a lovely view but a bit noisy overlooking a restaurant, others (which are quieter) overlook the car park. Beds are king size and very comfortable, so are the pillows. Food in the restaurant has improved very much and now has a good choice and cooked well.

Wonderful place for families, kids, couples. It's massive so it doesn't feel crowded.
Plenty of activities for the kids - indoor, outdoor dry and wet (splashing, water park) play areas.
Avian and equestrian centers are fantastic. Kids can ride horses and ponies over the age of 3.
Golf course is great!
Beach is great, beach cafes are amazing.
The multitude of international restaurants are amazing and offer authentic food!
I also highly recommend the staff including the concierges who were incredibly helpful specially Zayyed
