In the restaurant all the staff members were welcoming . Mr Mannie was awesome. When he found out my wife was in the hospital every day he asked me about her when she came out he showed great empathy. He also remembered us from our last visit.

Beautiful, historic hotel in the posh, residential , quiet area of Coral Gables in downtown Miami. I have never seen such a huge pool. The Biltmore Golf Club is attached to the hotel. Good choice for breakfast. Great gym (Technogym equipment).

The room was very spacious and modern, with a beautiful kitchen. Comfortable and clean beds. Great location - right next to the Trump golf courses. Pool was excellent too. Gym air conditioned and clean.
