This hotel is in the perfect location, right by the lake but away from the road. It was perfect for our family and we felt very safe here. We spent several days walking around the lake and having the most fun enjoying this beautiful area. We ate in the restaurant on 2 of the evenings we were there and had the loveliest meals. The staff were so friendly and kind. We also had breakfast included which was excellent. The room was nice and warm and cosy. This was also one of the cleanest hotels I’ve ever seen. It was spotless inside and out which was just amazing. Even the little courtyard was super clean. Our kids are already asking when we will come back so we will have to begin planning our next stay.

Incredible position and very cool atmosphere

Newly opened in April 2009 after extensive renovations, this 4-star hotel, first opened in 1906, is only 200 metres from Lake Bled and in the immediate vicinity of the train station.

There was everything in the room, huge room, kitchen, terrace, Nice clean bathroom. EXTREMELY kind staff, perfect breakfast, nature around accomodation… there is also very easy to use sauna at room.

Situated only 700 metres from the centre of Bled in a pleasant and quiet area, the Alp Pension is a family-run guest house with many facilities, free WiFi access and a rich self-service breakfast.

We really enjoyed our stay at the pension, everything is well-kept and beautiful, the rooms are clean and cozy, a lovely back garden, a rich breakfast. The owner of the place gave us explanations and recommendations on where to go and what to do in the area. The place is a 10-15 minute walk to Lake Bled. We left the car in the pension's parking lot and walked to the lake or to the city. We would love to come back.

Had an amazing 3 nights, the view from our room was stunning beyond words, loved it. Close to the promenade area 5 to 8 mins walk, there are several restaurants options around the area also the swimming pool is a plus with the slide esp. for families with young kids. Staff were friendly and courteous
