Amazing hotel to stay at close to the springs, there is a private walkway down, and the hotel has its own hot pool. The family are so lovely here and provided us with recommendations for our drive to Rome which we really appreciated, great breakfast and coffee each morning. The rooms are great and they take real pride in their hotel, which shows. Highly recommend.

Set in 100 hectares of Tuscan countryside, Fattoria La Principina is halfway between Grosseto and Principina a Mare beach. Its extensive grounds include 3 swimming pools and sports fields.

Everything . The hotel is really nice and comfortable mattress, the staff very polite, friendly and helpful. We arrived a bit too early and asked for us to check in before 15PM and lucky they have the room straight right way available for us, we feel so happy. The front desk staff that did my check in was very kind and helpful. We have two tiny dogs, which they welcome both with warm smile and this makes me feel home. I love the fact they have a gym and also SPA and salon for nails and a big parking space, amazing Swimpool anda stunning beautiful garden and surrounded by beautiful green. Which I feel happy to stayed and know there have everything we need. We extended the 2 nights to 4 nights which the third I book directly with them because my room was very comfortable and big , which I feel so happy to stayed extra one night before our departure to Rome. I will definitely recommend this hotel as a hotelier as well myself, I appreciated good services and true reviews

We stayed at the resort over Christmas. The staff was exceptional (thank you to the hotel manager Giorgio for making it special) overall, the stay was very comfortable and enjoyable. All aspects of the resort are highly curated, the suite was beautiful, the views on the golf course are amazing. I also recommend to try out the golf club restaurant!
