Angela … is probably the prettiest and most charming of all the Charme that is there at this resort. She will make you feel at home and cared for … guaranteed. Then there is Lorenzo, the wine tour guy … very nice and professional. They make this place very well worth it.

Alberto was super helpful, even i could not provide him the exact hour of my arrival coz of my work, he still managed to get a solution and I managed to do self check-in with the instructions he gave me. The facilities are great for the cost of booking. I was also surprised with my room location it was awesome with direct access to the sitting area in the garden ♥️ Thank you Alberto! I would definitely come back here on my next trip in Florence.

Amazing setting with beautiful outdoor scenery. Nice swimming pools (both adults and kids pools). Playgroung. We liked our dinners at the restaurant. Even if it was a bit dated (rustic), we enjoyed the spacious room and private balcony. I do recommend the stay!

We had a wonderful stay here. The villa is a bit secluded which gives it a very exclusive flair. Florence is easily reachable by car within 20 minutes. The rooms were beautifully decorated with antique furniture yet you have all the modern necessities like USB ports by the bedside. The pool is beautiful with cool water, even though we stayed during a heatwave. We can’t say enough good things about the staff - they were super friendly and always helpful.

We had a beautiful apartment, It was clean and spacious with a really nice terrace. The Staff were very friendly and accommodating and helpful. They helped me book and excursion and researched things to help plan our trip. The pool looked lovely and the gardens and area is very well kept. We were not there to play golf but we went to the golf resort for lunch and this was delicious also!

Wonderful location, very close to Florence with a car, good restaurants in villages around. The garden apartment was very cozy. We felt much welcomed here and enjoyed our stay, staff was extremely supportive. We had a late self check-in, which was convenient. Amazing experience!
