On the last day of our stay, my son got sick. Vomiting, fever. Thanks to everyone from the reception who helped me with teas, to the manager who came to the room to help us. I'm glad to see that the human touch has not been lost. Chelsea can be proud of its staff.

Location is perfect as we were going to watch the rugby at Twickenham stoop. The staff were super friendly and even though we didn’t book breakfast on order they offered again in case we changed our minds. We didn’t have it. But nice to be given the option. We met up with a friend too that wasn’t staying but had a bag with him as came from work and they were happy to take the bag for him to collect after the game. They didn’t have to do this but offered which was lovely. Also allowed you to get takeaway delivered. Which most places wouldn’t.
