The unit was small but very well laid out and well decorated. Everything was spotlessly clean and the bathroom and shower were of a good size. The hosts were extremely friendly and helpful and directed us to a nearby hotel for an evening meal and then suggested a number of spots to visit on our way south. Can highly recommend this property.

I only stayed for a night in Inverlea Guest House as I had to catch an early bus from Ayr the next day - if I hadn‘t already booked it, I would have stayed longer! Everything was perfect, down to the tiniest detail: the beautiful and incredibly quiet house, the extremely high quality bed and infrastructure, the lovely breakfast. But most of all, the hosts Liz and Douglas, who made me feel welcomed from the moment I stepped into the guest house. Even tho Ayr wasn‘t really on my radar of „must-visits“ in Scotland, I will probably come back just because I want to spend some more time at Inverlea!

Our stay here exceeded expectations. We were traveling with our dog and we were treated to a very warm and friendly welcome. The rooms were very comfortable and the dinner and breakfast were very enjoyable. The location of the hotel in the seafront allowed for a wonderful place to walk and enjoy the incredible promenade and breach. We will be back!

I was upgraded to a large room with a view over to the sea. There was a good choice of food for a breakfast.

Standing proudly within Ayr town centre, this hotel with free car parking and Wi-Fi is the place to stay whether on business or pleasure.

Bar meals for dinner are delicious. I think we may have arrived a little late but we were served. It was our second visit and while checking in the staff mentioned this. All makes for a good stay.

Opposite the Royal Troon golf course, Piersland House offers both modern and traditional rooms with free Wi-Fi and satellite TV. There is free private parking.
